That said, it wasn't until 2015 that Cyrus announced she was gender-fluid, meaning she doesn't exclusively identify with one particular gender. Her organization, Happy Hippie Foundation, concentrates on youth homelessness, the LGBTQ+ community, and other vulnerable populations.
